Once we receive your article for cleaning it will go through our careful six-step processing procedure

Step one:
It will be examined thoroughly where we check for stains as well as the over-all condition of your article. Should we find anything we feel concerned about we will inform you at the first opportunity.

Step two:
Once examined it will then be treated for any staining.

Step three:
Next it will be put through the general cleaning process.

Step four:
Once cleaned, your article will be examined once again, if any staining has not been successfully removed, we will then repeat steps two and three.

Step five:
Once we are satisfied that your article is as clean as possible it is then handed to our pressing department where it will be finished to the highest standard.

Step six:
Your item is now examined one final time, and only if we are happy with it, will it be packaged up ready to be returned to you.
